As part of its mission to promote commercialization of products made by its tenant companies and to enhance interaction with economic sectors at international levels, Isfahan Science and Technology Town helped organize B2B meetings between Iranian high-tech companies and 40 Omani businesspeople. The event, named the second Muscat Week in Isfahan, also received support from the Category II Center of UNESCO, IRIS; Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Isfahan House of Industries and Mines, Isfahan Governor General Office and some other local organizations at the national level.
The Omani Based Company, settled in ISTT, named Nasr Al Dovaliyeh was the main organizer of this event.
The Ex-President of Oman’s Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Loyal Family were among the business group coming to Isfahan.
On the first they of their visit, the businesspeople learned about IRIS and ISTT activities, its knowledge-based companies and their products. During the one-week event the delegation was also taken to the ISTT Knowledge-based Exhibition to get familiar with high-tech products manufactured by ISTT tenant companies.
136 Iranian companies participated in the event which resulted in 969 B2B meetings. It was the second time ISTT co-organized such meetings with Omani delegation here in Isfahan.
